Throgh the leadership of Director JunHaoChen, The groundbreaking work of the Red-Collar Community Correction Programhas demonstrated a remarkable step forward in China's relatively new system ofcommunity corrections.The program demonstrates the power of volunteer severs inrehabilitation and the individual growth associated with personalresponsibility. The Red-Collar Program shows how collaboration withnon-governmental organizations and volunteer professionals has served as acatalyst for restoration of citizenship for participating offenders.
